John Zion (he/him) is a dedicated advocate for classical music and a respected performing arts leader. As President & CEO of MKI Artists, he oversees the careers of a prestigious roster of artists, ensembles, and composers, bringing a strategic, structured, and artist-centered approach to career development and touring.

A trusted advisor to artists, administrators, and arts organizations, John consults on career development, project management, and audience engagement. He is known for creating thoughtful systems and data-informed strategies that help artists and organizations navigate change while staying true to their artistic vision.

He co-founded and led OurConcerts.live, a streaming platform that produced more than 500 virtual concerts with organizations including Spivey Hall, the University of Connecticut's Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts, and Washington Performing Arts.

John has taught and presented at the Colburn School, University of Michigan, Manhattan School of Music, Netherlands String Quartet Academy, Banff Centre, APAP|NYC, and Chamber Music America's National Conference. He has also served on juries for the Sphinx Competition and the Thomas and Evon Cooper International Competition.

John serves on the board of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals and previously served on the board of Chamber Music America for nine years. He studied at Lawrence University and the Hartt School of Music and lives in Burlington, VT, with his wife, Emily, and their daughter, Lily.

Alicia Horwitz (she/her) serves as the Director of Booking & Artist Management, overseeing booking, artist management, and helping to shape MKI's strategic planning. A seasoned arts executive with more than a decade of experience, Alicia previously held the title of Vice President of Booking at Columbia Artists and co-founded the agency Artist Management Partners Worldwide LLC. As an agent, producer, and manager of live performances, she is a relationship-builder and trusted partner in bringing the performing arts to life onstage. Alicia holds degrees from the Manhattan School of Music (MM), Columbia University (BA), and Fordham Law School (JD).

In her spare time, Alicia enjoys raising two children in New York City and is the principal flutist of the Camerata Notturna Orchestra.

Brooke Quiggins-Saulnier (she/her) serves as the Director of Operations at MKI Artists, overseeing operations, human resources, and finances while supporting strategic planning. Prior to relocating to Vermont in 2017, she served as the Assistant Director of Student Affairs at the Manhattan School of Music (MSM), where she planned and directed major events, and oversaw staff and student committees. She has participated in Chamber Music America's National Conference.

Brooke studied violin performance at MSM, where she earned her Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees. She continues to perform actively as a freelance violinist. In her free time, Brooke enjoys running, hiking, and drinking Vermont beer.

Morgan Pappas (she/her) is a Senior Booking Agent at MKI Artists, bringing a decade of experience in artist representation, touring, and career development. Before joining MKI, she served as a Booking Agent at Arts Management Group and previously led booking and operations at Marsalis Mansion Artists, supporting a wide range of internationally recognized musicians and ensembles. Her background also includes work in marketing, sales, and production, giving her a broad and practical understanding of the performing arts industry. Morgan holds degrees from New York University (BA) and the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College (MM).

Outside of her professional work, Morgan loves spending time in nature, often hiking, swimming, surfing, or exploring new places whenever she has the chance.

Madison Wilde Thunhorst (she/her) serves as Artist Liaison at MKI Artists, where she partners closely with artists and presenters to coordinate artist servicing, tour logistics, and engagement planning. Prior to joining MKI, Madison served on the Development team at Arizona Musicfest, where she contributed to donor relations and fundraising initiatives. She began her career in arts administration as the Artist Logistics Intern at Utah Symphony | Utah Opera and later went on to serve on the organization's Operations team full-time, supporting concert production, artist logistics, and cross-departmental coordination.

Madison earned her BM and MM in Violin Performance from Brigham Young University and continues to perform as a freelance violinist. She is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Alexandra Warner-Valley (she/her) serves as Artist Liaison for MKI Artists, where she coordinates concert servicing, tour logistics, and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining MKI Artists in 2023, Alexandra served as a producer for OurConcerts.live, providing access to live music for audiences around the world during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production & Design from Pace University. She lives in Loveland, Colorado and enjoys exploring the Rockies and traveling in her free time.
