Role Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant will work directly with the CEO and another senior executive, ensuring that administrative needs for both are well supported and that leadership can focus on growth and strategy. The role is part-time and remote, with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the calendars, meetings, and priorities of the CEO and another senior executive.

  • Assist with email organization and follow-up communications for both executives.

  • Set up appointments and coordinate schedules for executives and clients.

  • Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on action items across the team and leadership.

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable with technology and systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).

  • Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.

  • Thrives in a remote work environment with limited supervision.

Details

  • Part-time: 15–20 hours per week.

  • Remote, with flexibility in scheduling.

  • Hourly rate: $35–$45, commensurate with experience.
